Canal Capital Management, a private wealth management firm, is pleased to announce the opening of their new office at 1309 East Cary Street in Shockoe Slip.The firm provides investment management and planning services for executives, business owners, and endowments. The firm was established by Neil Gilliss, formerly a partner at Johnson and GiIliss Wealth Management Group in Richmond. Mr. Gilliss founded Canal Capital Management so that he and his team could focus on investment management and consulting.
“We are excited to be among the many financial firms now moving to Shockoe Slip. There is so much energy in the area and we look forward to becoming part of the community,” said Neil Gilliss. He continued, “Many of our clients are busy executives who like having us nearby downtown. We couldn’t have found a better space to welcome clients.”
